Standard manufacturer's price, albeit it includes some goodies. As you highlight, the card is the only thing of any real "value" here (approx $50) and the rest of the package is pretty much junk. So overall, not much of a deal.

Well, first of all, finding this camera in-stock itself is a pain. The usual wait time right now is 3-5 weeks. Next, if you can find me all the additional stuff for $50 (including the SD card) let me know. I'm waiting.

I didn't say you could buy all that stuff that comes with it for $50 - I said the only thing of any value is the SD card (and that is assuming it is a Sandisk or decent make). Note that there are only generic references to the extras - no specific makes/models, which tells you a lot. If you want an ultra cheap mini tripod, monopod, flash, etc to go with your $2000 body + $1000's of lenses then go for it Smilie.

As I mentioned originally - this is MSRP with a free SD card.

I agree...also the best card for this is a uhs-2 card.......

As it has 2 slots i dont see the need for a 128gb single personally

Usual wait time is less...that the expected wait time...mine was 2-3 weeks and it shipped in 3 days

There is no camera on the market that supports a UHS-III card. The fastest this camera takes is UHS-II.

For people who can't get the B&H edu price, this is a nice deal.
However I can't seem to find it in direct search result on buydig.com

I preordered the deal when it came with 2 sd cards and a year extended warranty for the same price, and while that was obviously a better deal. This is still the best deal you are going to find without being a student. Yes, the SD cards are real and they are Sandisk Extreme Pro and I have used them so I am pretty sure they aren't fake. Remember, only one slot is USH-2 so this is a still valuable card to have and would cost you over $60. I personally bought this camera for 90% video so I don't need anything faster. And most people will never fill the buffer anyway with a fast UHS-1 card in it like this one. The wrist strap is nice as is the camera bag. I actually like the little flexible tripod more than I thought I would. The video light uses AAA batteries so I wouldn't bother with it but it did come with a cold shoe extender that I use to mound mics on so I appreciate that. The rest of the stuff you can pretty much just throw in the trash. But how can anyone be badmouthing this deal? It's the only deal everyone can get and it comes with one of the best UHS-1 card available. And this isn't one of the old cameras with a 15 raw buffer. The A7III has an 89 Raw buffer which is more than most people are used to, so don't go running out and buying USH-2 cards before you know you need it.

Any way to get B&H edu discounts without being currently enrolled (like just having a .edu email)?

I tried having my sister sign up but she is an online student and does not have a student ID. none the less she did not qualify for some reason despite uploading a transcript and I ended up ordering from Adorama and its shipping today.
