Don't forget to use the cashback site of your choice (roughly 7%) and Chase Freedom is paying 5% back on paypal this quarter so use that to pay.

Best check your order too...I was overcharged significantly for shipping.

Sub-Total:US$325.99
Shipping insurance:US$6.52
Tariff Insurance:US$0.00
Shipping Fee:US$20.97
Total:US$353.48

Website says $8.21 for fedex ground shipping.

Ideally you want a printer with a manufacturing date of march 2018 onward as older models have an issue named "salmon skin" that has to be "fixed" with a $5 addon. Different folks claim it's 100% successful or not.

If you end up needing to return your printer make sure you check out this post for details on how to get free return shipping if you paid via paypal: (must activate the feature FIRST) https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=114594459&postcount=70

Does this thing have any previous model or this company a long standing reputation of making good 3D printers? If not then youre promoting a serial number 1 product. Personally thats something Id avoid until it has a proven track record. There are WAY too many of these pop up over night 3D printing companies that produce products that end up being more the hobby just keeping them running and producing decent results rather than actually running as reliable and dependable printers.

get the momoprice mini, cost less, price is more justifiable Peace

you can find many useful application for a tool like 3d printer, but that depends on your background (capability, experience with 3d modeling . . .).

my 3d printer has paid itself over several times. if you are new to 3d printers i would recommend going with a reputable company that has not only good history but also has a good warranty and support.

I'm a little sad I bought the CR-10S deal for $50 more. This looks like 99% the same printer...But I got the CR-10 in 3 days and it prints amazing, so I can't complain much.

Tevo is a huge manufacturer, their little monster is highly regarded and the tarantula is a very well known kit.

This is important!
There is a new version of the Tornado with a new main board that has removable drivers. That is the version you want. The old main board with the build in drivers have salmon skin issues. The new version is far superior than the CR10 and is very easy to upgrade. You can just drop in better TMC drivers.
I've heard that Banggood has been shipping the new version but I don't know for sure.

eh, second z-axis motor on the CR10S is worth the difference alone... i haven't seen any reviews on this model of the TEVO, but the CR10S could produce better results than TIVOs i've seen.

also doesn't look like this has proper support for the bed heater cords, screws for the bed aren't countersunk so they'll protrude into the print area, no glass over an aluminum plate... which wouldn't be a big deal, but with the screws for bed alignment protruding on the TIVO, it's a much bigger issue.

all in all, looks like it's missing upgrades the CR10S has. i wouldn't be upset, the Creality looks like a better product.
