"other than the government and businesses" yeah. I mean, I don't understand how PetSmart stays in business, other than dog and cat owners.

Coupon will probably exclude everything you'd want to spend $30 on at Staples. Idk how they're still in business, other than because of the government and businesses.

Lol I meant it more as there's really no reason for consumers to shop there anymore. No good sales, coupons are rare and usually exclude everything, prices are full MSRP or high, etc.

I get $40 free from them every month for cartridge recycling. Plus, lots of super cheap or free printer paper that I resell. So if I find something there that is a buck or two more than it is on amazon, sometimes I just buy it because they give me tons of free shit every year.

Just 110% price match their stuff. The 10% of the difference can really add up due to their overpriced items. (No, cannot be done in conjunction with coupons)

Sorry to report that Staples will often not honor their own price match policy. Hopefully others have better luck. It's actually the big joke at our office. We call PM'ing at Staples "... spinning the red easy wheel." The clowns that I've dealt with on the phone when trying to PM stuff would tell me that another person would have to approve it and they would call me back within 24 hours. They never called me back. It's a well known e-commerce tactic to wait until the competitors low price goes back up. My only guess is that the CSR's are told to do that if the competitor price is lower than their cost on an item. But still, the policy is fraudulent if they don't stick to it. Staples lost a fair amount of our business from that one. Not surprised their not doing so hot.

Only time I shopped in Staples was on buying a Brother Printer.
Their pricing kills all deals. I got the printer with Discover deals, so made it a good price point, otherwise would have not done that.

Is there any suggestions on things that can be bought?

What were you trying to price match? I've done tons over the years and never had a denial (unless obvious price mistake). Another option is to call the office of the president phone number. They generally will make things right.
