They are not the same type of bulbs.

First is radar (which can be too sensitive to situations, since from experience, they can pickup quite a ways thru walls, windows, etc)....and the second one (2 pack) is the standard motion sensing kind.

I consider 1 to 3 star reviews as negative with that both bulbs are at or above 30% negative reviews. Fakespot "C" and "D" current and previous. There are much better products out that will perform much better. No sale today for me.

bought the first one and am using it indoor and outdoor. The indoor one is surprisingly sensitive but works great even through foggy glasss light cover and from up to 20 feet away. The outdoor one seems to not always light up even when I'm right under it. That one might be defective. Am purchasing the IR one for my bedroom closet as it's supposed to be less sensitive.

I have this.
At first I thought the bulb was defective, but it turns out, the motion sensor only works in the dark.

Good for porch, basement, or closet.

I have 2 of the radar bulbs. Both work as advertised and I am happy I didn't have to replace the housing they are in. One of the bulbs is more sensitive than the other one. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. Lol

Seems like a radar bulb could emit extra, unhealthy EMF.

Thank you for that info, the radar ones are crazy! I couldn't tell half the time if they never went off or were really sensitive.

I would not recommend the radar ones for something like a closet. The light will go off when you are walking around the room even with the closet door closed. I have one in my basement and love it there as it comes on as soon as I open the door.
