Correct. Baby Jogger is the name of the company but does not make many jogging strollers. Baby Jogger only makes one model that is actually made for jogging and that is the Summit X3.

With that said, this is a great all terrain stroller that's very easy to use with one hand. The only draw back is that it's a bit heavy at 22 lbs compared to an umbrella stroller.

These strollers always confuse me. My wife is interested in a jogging stroller for our 9 month old son, and for some reason, I always think that this is an actual jogging stroller when these deals come around. I need to read up on my stroller brands apparently.

Haha. Yes the name is kind of confusing. However, this one is actually a jogging stroller with three larger rubber wheels.

You pretty much gave good explanation for the weight. Comfort what you get in all terrain is exactly what you miss with umbrella strollers. Umbrella ones are bit of a pain even if the surface is little rough

Citi mini GT has negative reviews for tipping over easily . Not sure if it is from parents who hang heavy diaper bags on the handle or just an unstable stroller compared to regular citi mini.
Also, I read many comments about Baby Jogger brand strollers not having an almost upright position for kids to sit. Many parents have said the seat's upright position always has a recline which annoys older children ( curious toddlers may be ?) who want to look out.

Sigh. Yep: https://www.babygearlab.com/revie...ty-mini-gt

Bummer, because this otherwise seemed to be an ideal "all-terrain" hybrid that isn't as heavy or bulky as full-size "jogging" strollers like the Bob or Thule.

Is this good for air travel? If not, I'd be grateful for suggestions

I've used this stroller. It's nice, but annoyingly heavy compared to other brands.

It will only tip if you hang heavy bags on the handle. Of course, all strollers have a warning saying not to hang heavy bags from the handle, so the reviewers are idiots.

Baby joggers are light weight and the one handed fold/unfold was the winner for me. But yes: no real upright sitting position. Not a really a jogger. I take my 1 year old on a push trike. He's more engaged in his surrounding this way. In strollers he just zones out.

We have it and my wife and I and the Nanny all love it. One handed folding/closing is like magic. Easy wheel removal great for packing in a bag at airports.
