If you have Spectrum Cable TV and purchase "video store" content, there's an error with the movie Jumanji with Gag Reel
. Basically, the picture doesn't match the movie. It says Jumanji: with Gag Reel, but it is just the feature movie. If you purchase the movie and call customer service, they'll credit you for the purchase of the film $5.99 for $0.
To keep customers happy, Customer Service has been crediting everything purchased for the entire month. Meaning, if you've purchased 2 other films this month (Star Wars Last Jedi! etc.), order Jumanji -> call and tell them that Jumanji with Gag Reel doesn't have the gag reel (which they're already aware of) and they'll deduct everything purchased for the month! Tabula rasa!
Jumanji is a meh movie, but if you want something to do this weekend and have previously purchased movies, you can save if you don't mind calling Customer Service: 1 (833) 694-9259
The issue won't be fixed until the business week begins, giving everyone that orders over the 4/21-4/22 weekend enough time to watch Star Wars + Jumanji for frizzle
Others will need to confirm that customer service deducted their entire monthly bill -> they have powers up to $100, so don't get cray.
