I have 260 dollars in my Amazon gift card balance. The problem is that's not quiet enough to what I need to purchase so I'm curious of what I can do with that to make it a little more money? This may sound silly but are there any type of secured credit cards that you can pay the downpayment on with that gift card balance I know you guys are a lot smarter than me so help me up please

Err.. so let me get this straight:

1. you don't have any available credit card that you can use
2. you don't have any available debit card that you can use
3. you can't buy a $10 Amazon gift card or something like that at a store via cash

and you want to buy something on Amazon?

let me explain something to you like if it's any of your damn business no I don't have an extra $10 to spend I have a very very sick little child who is dying of epilepsy. so no I don't have it. the only reason I have that money on that account just cuz it was gifted to me and I can't get it off I could send you your farking business. Sometimes you don't know what other people circumstances are and being a little prick smart mouth is not going to help them. That's what's wrong with this world today assholes like you

It is possible to use the money in your gift card to buy low and sell high to make more money but it takes time and practice. Based on your situation I think you may find faster / safer way to just sell the stuff you currently own and keep the money in your gift card account for future use.

According to the last bullet point on Amazon gift card terms:
https://www.amazon.com/exec/obido.../-/3122091

The balance won't expire.
