Is it a good brand? seems not so popular as much as Britax, Chicco, baby Jogger etc.

Phil & Teds (as well as Mountain Buggy) are very a solid, high end brand. If I remember correctly they are an Australian company so there's not as much traction in the US but they've won quite a few awards for their strollers.

Phil and teds make great jogging strollers. This isn't for jogging. I returned mine after Target had it on sale for the same price. It's really long and it looks strange using it as a single stroller; very sturdy though. Also it was hard for our toddler to get into the bottom seat and I find the alternative weird putting the smaller child down there. You can put the larger seat down below (I wasn't able to find any reviews that talked about this).

It's nice that the seats can turn into bassinets. Down side is the seats aren't as sturdy as the VIsta, city select or b-ready. Also only single suspension but it didn't seem to affect the ride since it has very cushy foam tires. Very easy to steer and the handbrake is awesome.

Sometimes the slickest baby related deal doesn't always mean cheapest, and that was the case for me with the voyager. Ended up snagging the city select lux for $30 more and much happier.
