Seems like a lot of money, but it also seems like a lot of paper towel.

I'm feeling very conflicted.

What are the stats, Vic?

Hello!

Either my calculations are incorrect, or this is one of the worst paper towels deal I have ever seen on Slickdeals that has a positive rating (it currently has +8).

My purchase point is $0.0152 per square foot; for this deal, it's $0.0302 per square foot, which is virtually twice the price I'd generally pay. This product would have to be $15.08 for me to buy it.

If anyone wants to check my math, the calculation should simply be $29.99 / 992 square feet = $0.03023185483 per square foot. Let me know if this is somehow wrong.

There's no S&S available, but even with 15% S&S, the price would be $24.44, which comes out to be $0.02463709677 per square foot.

I apologize if this seems like a threadcrap.

I hope this helps,
Tofu Vic

This is a terrible deal. I really hate how TP and paper towels literally sell based on a marketing scam. Stop trying to invent new "roll" sizes to confuse buyers and get them to over spend. The best part is, this is the family size with 80 extra sheets.... apparently that last 10 days. Better tell your family to limit their usage to 8 sheets a day.

Not to mention claiming "80 more sheets" when it's really 40 more regular sheets divided into "quick size" sheets.
