I'm glad that the price went way up so that I don't have to make this decision.

Seems dead to me. It shows $44.79 in the list of flavors, but when I click on it, it is $71.51.

$71.51 now. Yes, $44 is on the button, but adding to cart is $71.51. Dead.

Thankfully...I was, for some reason, about to buy them.

If it comes back...anyone know the shelf life of these things? 800 of them would take years to eat...

How do you guys store these truffles to perserve that crisp bite? Does putting them in the fridge do that? Last time I put them in the fridge the inside wasn't soft and the outside didn't have that crispness. Chance they were a little bit exposed to room temp beforehand though.

Any thoughts on best way to perserve the texture?
