I have been keeping an eye on Ryobi 18v and noticed this brushless set for $114.50, regular price $229.

Chase Freedom also has 5% on paypal. American express has $10 statement credit on home improvement purchase over $75, I believe

missed the deal of 3 Ryobi tools for $139 yesterday. I guess I can take this deal now. Thank you.

Shows unavailable in the app but works on the website. I think my fiancée bought a similar kit (came with larger battery though) for her dad at Christmas for ~$150 so this is a good deal. I have both of these as well and I have zero complaints, especially at this price. Keep an eye out for a deal on the 4Ah batteries though

Awesome deal for the brushless (and in stock!) If I didn't have the hammer drill and older impact, I would get on this. I believe the hammer drill has a regular drill function, so no need for a standard drill/driver. Plus it has a belt clip, whereas I believe the standard drill does not.

How does this compare to DeWalts 20V XR lineup or Milwaukee 18v?

I would've been so happy with this deal if I didn't know about the 3-tool deal that I missed yesterday.

Yeah, I'm irrational that way.

I can't say for sure on either, but I am fairly certain Milwaukee makes Ryobi if that helps at all. I own the ryobi impact driver and built a deck with it, worked great and just sips on the battery, still had juice in the tank after the day was done. Good luck

TTI makes Ryobi which also makes Craftsman C3. I wouldn't be surprised if TTI makes others as well.

You mean 4 Amp-hour, not milliAmp-hour

It just came back to me, yes you are correct and TTI makes Ryobi, Milwaukee and a few others. Thanks for the correction.

The number of actual players in the power tool industry are few. I also see harbor freight is using one of the same suppliers , the designs are very similar .

Ryobi works great for everything but if you start compare it to other brand Ryobi just sucks at everything. It's great for what it cost.
