This is just for the cooler and does not include the graphics card.

How does the performance compare to the ICX coolers on EVGA cards? Worth it to swap? I'd imagine it's a no brained for the FE cards, but the ICX coolers are pretty impressive.

I have the EVGA 1080 TI SC2 Hybrid, and I cannot recommend this product because of the noise from the pump. My first 1080 TI was an MSI Seahawk and the pump is basically silent. The SC2 Hybrid makes a relatively loud noise from the vibration of the pump. I had to buy a special cable to connect the pump to a fan header on my motherboard so I can run at 60% to make it quiet. Also, the fan connection that came with mine is only a 2-pin connector, meaning it will run at full speed regardless of the actual GPU temperatures. I had to buy a temperature sensor and connect it to the radiator to have a separate motherboard-controlled fan to automatically adjust the fan speed according to the GPU temperatures. If I was going to buy a cooler for my 1080 TI, I would just get a Kraken G12 and whatever cheap AIO I could find. This EVGA cooler isn't an optimal solution IMO.

Does anyone know if this will work on the Founder's Edition for the 1080? Thanks in advance!

Assuming you mean the 1080Ti and not the regular 1080, I think you need the SC version since it fits all reference cards. That's the version I have as well. Debating whether to get this. The cooler on Founder's Editions isn't that great.

Heads up, if you're getting this and you are picky about noise... These things are terrible at idle. You cannot slow down the pump via the software.

The standard fans will turn completely off at idle for silent operation during light usage/web browsing/etc.

They're difficult to install relative to building a PC but anyone with patience can manage.

The temperatures are great at idle and full load but if you have a relatively quiet environment you're going to hate this thing. It will easily be the loudest thing in a typical computer at idle.

However, at full load it is relatively quieter than the stock cooler. Most people aren't taxing their cards heavily most of the time though.

TL;DR - The pump is noisy AF at idle, relatively quiet at full load.

the last 2 or 3 generations of hybrid kits have at least doubled in price. it was like clock work. for the first 9 months, you could get them at cost. maybe even with a game thrown in. then by the time the next gen cards were coming out the hybrid kits were selling on ebay/CL for double their original price. not this time? not saying i know why. just a observation i had.

I got all excited I thought the video card was for sale. Then I saw the price and I realized it was just the cooler.
