This is a timeshare presentation and frankly, with hotels rates plus daily resort fee and parking fee.....tempting. There's never an obligation to purchase. Click on the link for details and to call in for your reservation.

We stayed in a timeshare at the Wyndham at Old Town in Alexandria. We flew into Reagan and took the Metro from the airport to Alexandria and to everywhere else we went. We had no parking fees and the Metro was about a 3 minute walk from the timeshare. It was pretty easy access to DC. The neighborhood was great and there were plenty of options for things to do and what to eat.

We were not there for a timeshare presentation nor did we do one while there.

You would be staying at a "local area hotel" and not actually at a Wyndham property for this timeshare presentation. And the terms states room taxes and parking fees not included so when in Vegas you will probably be paying additional for resort fees.

Hmmm..... You would think you would get to stay at the timeshare they are trying to sell to you. For just a hotel room, you would be better off with booking a hotel on your own or an AirBnB or VRBO and you wouldn't have to do the 2 hour presentation.
