Considering what's included seems good, got exact same one from bb last time and love it despite short battery run.

This is a stupid question.. is it new or refurbished, and what length warranty does it come with?

I have the same question, I didn't see it anywhere on the item description.

The only hint is the word "clearance" in the description which leads me to believe this is brand new item.

My v6 only lasts for about 13min each full charge. How is your battery run?

Just ordered an upright from Dyson. Pretty sure I saw that cordless vacuums have 2 year warranties. Also thought I saw battery life was supposed to be 30 minutes, but that might have been for another model.

I think the v10 has that length. I got the v6 but meh I don't mind recharging when needed.

Just found the v6 Slim on clearance at Walmart. For those of you that have the v6 - I've noticed that when using the motorhead attachment, it doesn't do a good job of sucking up items on hardwood floors. Instead the rolling bars just pushes the items away.

Anyone else have that issue? It seems to work okay without the attachment, but would take a long time to try to vacuum without the attachment.

Wondering if there's an issue with mine (there doesn't appear to be a blockage).

Thanks.

Got one for a gift. I'm sure they won't mind if I take that mini motorized head out of there, right? Wink

The regular motorhead attachment does just push things around depending on how tall the item is. Do you have the soft roller specifically for hardwood floors? That works much better for picking stuff up. The regular motorhead works best on carpet for me.

No, the version I bought doesn't have the soft roller attachment. Perhaps I can find it available elsewhere.

I really appreciate the feedback.

I have 3 Dyson v8 batteries, 21 minutes of full power.

I have the v6 absolute and the soft head is definitely needed for any type of hard floor. The regular carpet head just throws stuff around when it isn't on carpet.
