Bought this last round and to be honest was not that impressed. I had random Bluetooth dropouts and when comparing it to the Soundblaster Katana and a Cheap Vizio soundbar the bass didn't hit as low as the others.

I have two. They are odd ducks. Weird imaging for music, especially near field. Can't beat the size though, and nobody else is playing there.

I got this and I liked the sound but for nearly half the price I got the Vizio 5.1 from Walmart. Also my Polk would randomly turn off - I could never get it to shut off totally for more than 5 minutes. I had to unplug it when I left the house.

I have had this for nearly 6 months and have been very impressed. Full sound, decent bass. It isn't going to touch a real HT set-up, but for the price and size it's great

I've had this for about four months now and have really enjoyed it. I get full sound from a small package. It belongs in a bedroom and not a large living room. My only complaint is poor audio quality when using the casting feature. I expect it to be resolved in a firmware update.

I have this in my spare room. Stuffed a beanie baby in the downward firing bass port to reduce the boominess and it's ideal for a spare room, can't argue with the size.

It sounds nice but I already had mine replaced because if you try to set up Chromecast on it the unit bricks.

This system is relatively flat down to ~40 Hz and is capable down to the upper 30s. I don't own any other soundbars, but I thought that seemed reasonable for something so small and inexpensive. If anything, I feel like bass is this thing's strong point. The mids/highs are very thin and unsatisfying compared to my home theater speakers, but the bass really doesn't sound too bad to me. Anyway, this thing is a massive improvement over the speakers in my crummy little 24" Samsung TV, so I'm pretty happy with it. I wanted a soundbar small enough that I could set it atop this stand [amazon.com] in front of a 24" TV in my kitchen, and I don't think there are many bars that would have been suitable. Here's a bad phone pic [cubeupload.com].

My biggest concern so far is this problem others have mentioned [polkaudio.com]. After moving the soundbar to its final destination in my kitchen, I noticed that certain frequencies at certain volumes (???) create a very audible rumble from the subwoofer. It's not there with all content, but when it's there, it's highly distracting. As an aside, I had very different experiences with casting sources. Using Plex, casting works great. Using Youtube, there are frequent pauses/dropouts. But I didn't buy this for casting, so I don't really care about that. I tested all of the inputs and casting on my refurb to make sure everything was working, but I'm only using optical now.
