Look at comments from prior yost deals. Might find something there if you are seeking guidance.

Kind of want to order the 36" clamp for $30, seems an amazing deal.

anything that can quickly be connected to and disconnected from a table?

For light woodworking / grinding work - a temporary grip will probably suffice.

I was looking for just such a thing myself recently... and picked up one of these. It's not really on the large size, but it's certainly been great for my needs. (Sharpening mower blades, gunsmithing, etc)

Being able to mount it or move it anywhere at anytime has really been convenient.

It's a great deal for a parallel clamp, but after buying a bunch of 24" jet parallels, I find that my glue ups aren't any easier or better (less cupping) than using cheap pipe clamps in alternating over and under fashion. To each his own.

I jumped on the 36in clamps for $30. These Yost clamps don't seem as popular as the Bessey or Jet, but hoping their as sturdy and well-made as their vices. Reviews on the parallel clamps are great as well.

I was going to buy the LV-4 in this deal, but this Irwin one you shared looks really great. I don't need it right now (I hope I do not regret saying that), so I added a price watch to see if gets a bit cheaper. Thanks for sharing!

I went with the 455, even though it is a couple dollars more than the 465. It seems to be a good middle ground between capability for home use, without being an absolute bear to move around and whatnot.

I purchased the 750-E Rotating Bench Vise in July 2017 from Amazon for $78. It had been sitting boxed up in my garage until last week when I installed it in my garage.
Man, this things is great. I've never had a rotating bench vise, what a luxury it is to be able to pivot it around. Highly recommend it.
