Milwaukee second generation M12 FUEL 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill & Impact Driver Combo Kit W/ Free 6.0Ah Battery.

This kit was on sale for $229 for the past week. Price dropped again last night. Kind of a surprisingly good price for the next gen kit. The free battery is worth $90 by itself.

2 tools, 3 batteries and a bag.

Seems like a crazy good deal for 2nd gen. I feel like this has got to be a mistake with the free 6.0 battery. FYI Milwaukee's new product symposium is this Thursday, I'm pumped!

Isn't the individual kits that come with the packout boxes a better deal?

These are the Gen 1 tools. A little larger and a little less powerful.

Got it. Thanks OP. I love the 1st gen. I got a $99 refurb set of them and absolutely killed the hammer drill while installing a safety cover on my inground pool. Was waiting for a killer deal for the new version. Adding the 6.0 battery for free makes this an awesome deal. M12 tools are perfect for the Home DIY'er...

You actually pointed out why this is such a good price. Those two together are the same price as this next gen kit and you don't get the $90 battery - Making this deal quite a bit cheaper than the older generation (assuming someone wants the battery).

For the same money, it's a trade-off.

Your deal: older versions, two 2.0ah batteries, 2 packouts
OP's deal: new versions, 2.0ah, 4.0ah, and 6.0ah batteries

Great deal. I got it last promotional period with only an extra 2.0 battery. Bought from Acmetools and they said only 30 days to adjust anything. Guess I will be spending my money at home depot , they give a lot longer return window.
