Not looking to start a tool war. As a contractor I look for two major features in my power tools. Unquestionable power to do their respective task and comfort for all day use. I really don't worry about longevity with quality brand tools. Even the store brands like Kobolt are generally well made.
The M12 line has really impressed me. I used this saw as recently as yesterday, I love it.
This is the saw I use for 99% of my "Sawall" jobs. I wouldn't use this for demo work but that's not its intent.
The batteries last forever and charge in minutes.

Yep, I'm a huge fan of this saw as well. Just a great tool to have.
They say, "When you have a hammer, everything's a nail", well, when you have this saw...
If you're contractor of any sort, you'll just be amazed at how much time it saves just having this saw at arm's reach

Hands down one of the best tools I've ever bought. I love this thing for around the house and working on projects.

I have the Bosch version of the single handed recip saw, and there's a reason these saws are rarely cheap. They're worth every penny. I think these are an essential tool. My wife LOVES it for pruning.

I'll agree on that, but the Bosch one, while not brushless feels better in my hand. Not more power or anything, just the fuel is heavier nland bigger.

Use this tool all the time. Love it. As with the hammer drill/ impact driver combo I bought it 1.5 months ago from Acme and got the free 2.0 ah battery. The 6.0 ah battery would have been so nice to get

Going to check later if i got time anyone know the refund value on the 6.0. Already have this kit that I got for free 2 years ago with holesaw rebate. Thinking about grabbing another. The 6.0 would be nice for this and the circular. I should of waited on the 2 gen2 drill/impact combos I bought 2 weeks ago with the free 2.0s but oh well definitely paid less at Acme with discount, CB site and Chase paypal. Who knows they might come out with a 8.0XC I have plenty of 2.0/4.0 for now.

Its part of Milwaukees P2 promotions (period 2 , may 1st to july 31st). Doesn't mean HD will offer it the whole time, but they get the deal of a free 6.0ah battery from Milwaukee for those 3 months.

Good deal, good tool.

I think I paid about $150 last year for just the M12 fuel hackzall + 6AH battery.

$20 more for a charger, case, and second 4AH battery) makes this kind of a no-brainer if you're in the market.
