Looks like its a mistake in the listing, the picture and model # show its only the warm white bulb. The tunable one is LB120. Also if you look at the full specs on the page below it lists it at 2700k.

Download the 'Kasa' app to pair with echo. TP-Link is a high quality app and very easy to use!

I purchased this light bulb:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076CN463G

and it automatically turns on/off based on the outside light and works fine upside down in a fixture - no timer required

Can these be controlled by Google Home devices?

Thank you for any advice.

I don't think so. I'm using Google Home and once I connected my Kasa account they can be managed solely from the Home app. Assuming the Amazon Alexa setup is the same (where you link your Kasa account), then it no longer needs the Kasa app to be installed.

That said, it is a nice app so I kept it installed for times when I don't want to use voice commands to adjust the lights.

While I agree with how kewl it is to manage your lighting from a PC, I am not afraid to use a little energy and turn lights on and off with a little foot and hand power. But The ideal of a dusk to dawn bulb is great but at the price you suggested. I can get two dusk to dawn lights for about 10.00. So if you want to be kewl awesome if you want to be cheap like me then do a little better at shopping then 15.00 for a single dusk to dawn light!
