This is a ridiculously good price for this receiver...
I am so tempted. I know I'm going to hate myself later for passing this up tho Frown

I just don't see a need for this, the only device I have hooked up to my current receiver (1080P) is an Xbox One X and TCL 4K Roku TV. Even then I just have the XB1X hooked up via Optical, and running direct HDMI-ARC to my Roku TV. I don't use a Blu-Ray or 4K player, instead I have a Plex server which is all serviced by the Roku OS in the TV.

I had thought about picking up a projector and the dual HDMI inputs are such an appeal and perfect use for projector though. With my current setup there is no way I can hook up my XB1X to a projector without doing cable swaps every time I switch between TV / Projector.
With this receiver, I can just select main or sub output and I am done. No need to cable swap.
And with a projector there would be no way to get Roku on it, unless I used an external Roku device.

So only reason I need this is IF I ever upgrade to using a projector... Probably not anytime soon.

Hmm decisions decisions...

Bought this in Feb for $270 - no complaints and a nice upgrade over my other Onkyo. Steal at this price!

Super deal for the TX-NR676. I got it for $250 about a year ago (on SlickDeals) and it sold out quick. This thing works like a champ. My only complaint is that it can't use HDMI audio output on Zone 2, but Bluetooth and other sources will work on Zone 2.

How's the amp on the Onkyo TX-NR676? Clean? And how does 210 watts per channel translate into RMS? My current Denon AVR-S510BT feels very underpowered. Also, I heard Onkyo used to have major issues with HDMI ports going bad. Is that dark period in history for Onkyo over? I want something reliable. Thinking of pulling the trigger on this.

Is Wholesale Connection an authorized dealer? Meaning, is there valid USA warranty on this?

I don't see "wholesale connection" on Onkyo site as a dealer. Pass due to no warranty from MFG https://www.onkyousa.com/Support/dealerlist.php
