Works Internationally for the BCD but Coupon Codes are US only.

can someone explain the car upgrade? how does it work, do we just pick the cheapest car that qualifies and then they upgrade to a larger vehicle when we get there? the system says only if the upgrade is available, so we won't even know until we get there?

Tried this without the code and with the code, and it gave me the same price. I also booked a similar car on Budget three days ago and it was $200 cheaper, with no codes or coupons.
