Select store pickup to save on shipping. Shipping is expensive so this is good if you have a Fry's store nearby.

Note, offer uses the promo code for Sunday 5/6. You can sign up for your own unique code here [7eer.net [frys.com]]

Came here for the MULTIPASS, did not see MULTIPASS. Very disappointed.

It was shot in film then scanned (much more recently) in 4k, which is better than a lot of movies that are natively digital and/or fake 4k.

For instance, regardless of what you thought of the movie, Star Wars Force Awakens was shot on film, not digital, and then scanned, and obviously it looks very, very good. It was shot in 35mm film (mostly, with some IMAX I believe), just like 5th Element.

Conversely, the prequel Star Wars ep II was shot in native digital 1080p24, which is going to look like shiiiiit forever.

I should add though that this doesn't mean 35mm film has some magical infinite resolution capability. At some point, as with any analog medium (like vinyl), you are just measuring noise.

I just price matched the listed price of this and Spiderman Homecoming so it came to $30 for both before tax which is a decent deal for 4K Blu Ray.

Sorry for late response. Yes through the Best Buy price match chat system. They won't match the price after the promo code but will match the listed online price.

Why do you want a fake 4K copy of such old movie?
Because not all fake 4k movies are bad just like not all native 4k movies are good. This movie in particular was a reference disc in the early days of Blu-ray and similarly is stunning in 4K.
