This deal will be extremely YMMV. The 2-pack of P108s was a Special Buy for the Christmas season at $99, so if you see it on the floor now (in May), consider yourself lucky and buy it right now.

I'm assuming these aren't going to show stock online and we just have to be lucky to find them in stores?

End caps. The back side of store typically by kitchen remodel stuff that seems like a desert and is abandoned. Bring a flash light. There's dust and tumbleweeds.

Ain't that the truth. My clearance end caps have had the same stuff on them for months and months.

Did you find them in the clearance section or in the aisle with all of the Ryobi One+ batteries and tools?

As a former Home Depot of 8 years I will tell you there is no reasoning where the products end up. The store has designated associates who are supposed to print up price changes and the walk around with a printer and update price labels. Majority of the time they are backed up and cant get to it in a timely manner. The department supervisor is also in charge of clearance items making sure they are priced up to date and placed on a clearance end cap. However, there is the MET team who comes in and resets bays and moves new products into the home. So if the store is not behind, the MET team will come in, reset the bay with new items and make sure its up to date and pull out old items and move them to the clearance end cap or hand it over to the department supervisor. Then they scan and relocate the new home so it's easy to find in the computer. Then the designated price change associates know where to find the clearance item and update prices (which usually change every 3 weeks)

My point is, every store is different and some might be in the original product home, some might be in multiple clearance bays. Some might be stashed in the overhead because no one took the time to find the total quantity on the shelf and overhead and relocate the product from the overhead to a clearance bay and mark it down.

It's very YMMV

Picked these up at the Union City, CA HD on Friday. They had about 10 packs in stock (when I left) on the clearance end cap.

i was just in 2 home depots yesterday and i looked at these, and they were marked as $99. i always check. Think it is worth checking again today? Do you have to have them ring it up at the cash register, or do a price check or anything? or, if it is that price, will it be marked as such?

On the floor and rack separately. On the clearance rack there's one. On the floor there's around 10 but no price sticker.

Thanks for the info. I've noticed at some of my stores, the exact same clearance items have been sitting on the same end caps only marked down a percent or two for months and months. Some of the end caps aren't even that full. I think each store has 3 to 4.
