You're referring to the priority issue? Why not just mention what you're talking about so sleuthing isn't required?
For anyone wondering, apparently people are having issues with the insignia devices answering if they hear you from another room, even if you're trying to talk to a Google home device that's closer to you. I guess I'm not exactly certain why this is a major issue, so long as the closer device also responds, but ppl do seem upset by it, because there doesn't seem to be a protocol in place to make only the closest speaker respond... I'm still probably gonna buy it.

I paired my Echo Dot to this via BT. Ends up being a perfect wireless combo for Google/Alexa with good sound for cheap.

The one that was $25 recently was the smaller one. This one for $40 is the larger one with the battery.

I sold 3 of my Minis and replaced them with the portable version and the smaller version of these insignia speakers. Have two of the small ones upstairs and one big one downstairs. Sounds so much better than the google mini, has the added bonus of having a clock

Boomer is not better for me. Mini has much clear sound and bass/trebble level is adjustable.

can't attest to the quality of either given I don't own them.... however this controlled wirelessly by google home app so they can all be connected via wifi, and the google home app lets you set bass and treble for all speakers in the network individually.
Holy hell these things are dropping in price like crazy. Im still mad I paid $70 for the small one when it first came out. I also recently purchased a used portable version for $30.50 on eBay during the last 15% off sale, so that's not so bad as long as it's in good shape.

Now it kills me a little since these were being given away left & right during Xmas. But oh well.
