This is a great deal!
I used blue apron for about 6months about a year ago. Not to offend anyone, but if you are a boring food eater blue apron is great. If you like bold/strong flavors look else where (like hello fresh). I got sick of salmon and collard greens and swiss chard. I ditched Blue Apron and tried Hello Fresh, and its been great. Maybe BA has switched it up since, but just fyi.

For 8-10 weeks of food (depending on the deal you can get) for $325 this is a great deal.

Nice discount on gift cards. I've combined these with signup discount & referral credits to get my average meal price below 50% of full price.

Nice deal, but to the OP, if you click edit and go advanced you can edit the name to "Costco" instead of "Cost Co". It might not be setting off the correct deal alerts right now. But welcome to SD and good post!

Is this pratical to use if I live by myself? Like, would these items work alright if I cook one or both of the entrees and then put the leftovers in the fridge?

I fixed the title, thanks for catching that. In my head Costco has always been two words and forcing myself to type it as one is a constant battle.

I'm single at the moment and am using Blue Apron sparingly when the meals look good or have something I want to learn to cook. Generally it is a bit too pricey for me without a deal because the convenience you pay for to have ingredients shipped and portioned isn't worth it as I like grocery shopping and have the time to do those things for myself. When I do get a weekly shipment, the leftovers are taken as lunch the next day as my work has a microwave and fridge available.

I have tried blue apron for several months on two different occasions. They have two different plans: meals for two people or meals for four. In your case I would do the two person meals and yes pretty much every meal that I have made from them have worked great as leftovers! Although pretty much everything is eaten as soon as it's made from the boxes that we get from blue apron :-)

I'm curious how good this deal could get...

Meaning, how many meals could I turn the $100 Blue Apron credit into? I know they have sign-up bonuses sometimes but if anyone can advise on the best route that would be appreciated.

I'm thinking this could be a good Mother's Day Gift for my wife.

You all positive you can stack this with intro/ coupon codes? I've bought several "gift cards" from Costco which specifically state they cannot be used with other product discounts. I then tried to use them with a coupon anyway and promptly got turned down. Yes, I mean when using the gift card. Not buying the gift card. Yep. I was pissed as that makes no sense with a real gift card. Should be the same as cash.

Texas de Brazil was one that comes to mind.

Hmm... I was halfway tempted to jump on this offer due to the good experiences that I've had with it in the past but maybe not. After revisiting the ba site I was pretty disappointed to find that they have increased their prices quite a bit. A slight increase in price isn't the end of the world because they are a business and they have to make up for inflation but I guess most disappointing of all is that they removed the download PDF function that they used to have. The PDF was great before because you could download and print out extra copies if need be especially if you're cooking with others... After thinking about it even though this seems like a decent deal you're only getting 2-3 free meals which is something that they are always advertising and offering already on a weekly basis.

I purchased this deal and redeemed it at Blue Apron for the $100 and they also gave me the $20 credit for returning after having canceled for a few months. It is currently showing that I have $120 in meal credit, so it seems to work for the return bonus at least.
