Are parts and repairs as expensive as they are on real Porsches?

I hope not, $600-700 for an oil change is bad enough.

So how frequently does this laptop need an oil change?

Every 3,000 miles, of course!

911 oil change interval is 10,000 miles or once a year.

...and if you get your oil via a SlickDeal you can do your own oil change for about $50, $20 worth of Mobil 1 from the various Mobil rebates and with a $30 filter-and-gasket kit. No need to pay $200-250, and certainly not the "$600-$700" mentioned above. Of course this assumes that you have an oil catch pan, ramps/stands, a jack, an allen wrench and a 36mm socket for a late-model Porsche... if not it could cost another $100 for all of the above and you can amortize those across any future oil changes and/or home auto maintenance. Peace
