I don't take probiotics without supporting clinical studies. There's one call viz biome 110bn bacteria/serving for 60 days and vsl#3 450bn/serving for 30 days. Both have been clinically shown to reduce tumors as well as psychosocial health issues.

not a fan when probiotics claim "scientifically backed and clinically proven" when there is an incomplete taxonomic description of probiotic strains--should be labeling all genus, species, AND strain type. e.g. lactobacillus rhamnosus r0011. or else it is just another way of fluffing CFU counts (50 billion) with useless/cheap filler probiotic strains. more isn't always better.

Started using these because most probiotics make me bloated. These are vegan so no dairy in them so they don't make me bloated. I've noticed an improvement in my mood too. Decent price normally compared to others. This deal is great, I got one and used my Amazon Store Card rewards and it came out free. 👍🏼 Thanks

With no regulation at all, and a blurb about third party testing that doesn't specify who the third party is, how do you guys trust that these contain what they claim and they're not harmful?

I'm all for a probiotic supplement, but not for getting it from the lowest bidder. I'd stick with someone that does USP testing and is well known.
