What do you mean by reversible? You can tighten and loosen, you just have to flip the ratchet over.

it is actually not possible. if the bolt is stopped by something while loosening it , it is not going to come out no matter what fancy reversible wrench you are using.
you may get the wrench out , but you won't get the bolt out.
and if you can get your finger in there to flip a reversing switch , then you should have room to put an open end wrench to turn the bolt back.
reversing switches are just something to get in the way , break , and charge higher price for a useless switch

Good point... None of mine are reversable and it wories me that some where down the road I will be sorry.

Nice reversible ones have a switch.l, to eliminate the need to flip.

I don't understand what is ment by the reversible statement. To tighten or loosen is achieved by flipping the wrench over since the box end only ratchets in one direction.

It is quite possible that you are loosenig a bolt, the bolt comes up tooooo far that you cant get the wrench off in a tight situation.. You would need to screw it back down and finish getting off with the open end side, but you wont be able to..The wrench will be stuck on.

Reversible are usually for offset box wrenches. These are straight and thus, really don't need to be reversible. I have a metric set of these and they're great wrenches... especially for the price point.
