Unless this is a reference to last year's model I'm not sure how you know that "everyone" is experiencing issues considering this is a brand new model with not a single review online yet...

Wrong. "moot point. A debatable question, an issue open to argument; also, an irrelevant question, a matter of no importance" Also, the (incorrect) correction you attempted to highlight is not a grammar-related issue. It's an acceptable word choice issue. And "moot" was an acceptable word choice.

At first glance, looks like a bit of a downgrade vs the 50" 2017 H6D models. 3 HDMI instead of 4, 1 USB instead of 3, 8W speakers instead of 10W. Not much info available on this model on the Hisense website: https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/models/49h6e I've linked the spec sheet in the thread wiki.

The 55" is $378, which I'm wondering if this is better than the 55 h6d which is on clearance for $299 can't find much info on the new TV's.

I wonder how this compares to the TCL s series (older model) or new 5 series....need a new bedroom TV soon or tv has been on the verge of dying...then it keeps working lol (have to power on/off a few times sometimes).

Or wait until we can watch TV on our phones...oh wait. Jk.

Yeah Black Friday is quite aways away currently. I could see if it was 45 days or less.

I bought this one from Target for $260 (inc tax & ship) and love it. Once it updates via firmware with HDR this TV can't be beat for it's price. Very pleased with the picture quality and I have had no issues whatsoever!

The 55 (55H6E) and 65 inch (65H6E) versions of the new H6 series claim to have native 120Hz panels on Walmart's site.
