Waiting for the MX 2S for this price. YOu have longer charge time, more accurate tracking and their new flow technology for multiple devices.

Good price. Good mouse. Works on any surface. Rechargeable so no need to change batteries. Bluetooth so no need for dongle. More convenient than the old version.

This is the lowest price ever, according to CCC. Also available for same price at BestBuy [bestbuy.com] with free shipping, too.

Dongle can be useful in the occasion where BT isn't ideal. Plus, they pack in the universal dongle. It's nice to have the option.

Only downside is that the mouse doesn't have a space for it integrated in the mouse itself. Not too big of a deal, though.

I had a wired portable Logitech mouse I bought from Circuit City about 15 or 16 years ago. It finally started giving issues 2 months ago. I bought this mouse (I didn't need the features of the MX2S) for the same price from BB. I love it. It's bigger than that potable mouse but not desktop size and is perfect as a travel mouse. I really appreciate the ability to track on any surface, so far atleast. The clickable wheel for free spinning vs the typical clicky spin is awesome. I can almost scroll through a 800 page PDF in one spin. Lastly, I have a Lenovo Yoga 14 and the Bluetooth is horrible. I keep the universal plugged in and the only thing I've noticed is the occasional hangup when waking the laptop up. A great mouse! I hope it lasts as long as my last Logitech mouse. Oh yeah, just for S&G I haven't charged the mouse yet. It's got almost 2 months of everyday use and it's still on the same charge it came out of the box with. I use it a few hours a day and turn it off when I walk away from desk.

I don't know if it's my mouse or my laptop.... But I recently got the Mx anywhere 2s for my Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, and connected by Bluetooth, there's ways a delay when I use it. As in, it tracks fine when I'm using it, but anytime I stop and go back to the mouse, there's like a 1 second delay. Before it registers the movement. That's not normal, is it?

It may go to sleep to save power after some inactivity

Not in my experience with the MX Master 2S, which is a very similar device. I would contact Logitech and see if you can arrange for replacement (they were nice enough to upgrade me from the Master to the newer 2S version when I contacted them).

I love logitech devices, but I'd stay away from this one due to a poor experience with the similar MX Master. The 2S version of the same mouse works great, as did my Performance MX (which I still use for working on other's PCs) and MX Revolution before that. My gen. 1 MX Anywhere works good as well and makes for a handy portable and G700 makes for a good desktop gaming/workstation mouse, but this mouse is too similar to the one Logitech device (amongst the aforementioned as well as other long forgotten mice, many more keyboards, one or two joysticks, a steering wheel, and several sets of speakers) that didn't perform well at all (ended up back at Logitech and replaced with the 2S I now have), so I'm a bit leery of this particular generation. It could be a fluke, but I've heard of other folks having similar connectivity issues, so I would steer clear and either get the 1st generation one (which was on sale earlier today) and save $10 or hold out for the newer 2S version (which is what I plan to do).

I bought this about a year ago. Best mouse I ever used. Charge it once a month to last the entire month. Buy it.

M305 I got for $2 in 2012 (best deal ever?) uses 1 x AA that lasts 4 months. But M305 is picky on the surface and micromotion sensor is not that durable (double clicking after years of usage).

Do these suffer from the double-click issues the regular Anywhere mouse have?
