Given mine and many friends' experience with T-Mobile network, EVERYTHING beats Mint if the service is so spotty it's considered virtually unusable. To each his own, but I'm in the SF Bay Area, not the boonies, and T-Mobile stinks around most of the areas I live, work and play.

They will still give you the $5 autopay credit if you use refills. Autopay just has to be turned on, even if you have a large enough balance that they don't charge your card.

I was able to combine a refill card with Fiskars® Softouch® Micro-Tip® Pruning [target.com], posted a couple of days ago for $4.22. Those garden scissors are now $4.22 - 10% off code DEAL [target.com] = 3.80 each, limit 3. Free store pick up, but requires a cart total of $25 or more to ship.

Refill cards brings the cart over $25. The only thing is because of the refill cards I was unable to apply gift cards, even though gc was less than the scissors.

Nothing beats Mint Mobile.
2gb plan $15/mo
5gb plan $20/mo
10gb plan $25/mo
Runs on T-Mobile network.
I get 20-50mbps even on rivers in Alabama.
Good deal, but not so special anymore. You can get Verizon and Att service for that.

That surprises me that T-Mobile sucks in California. They have some of the fastest speeds of anyone. They use to suck in the southeast but I'm damn happy now for 15 bucks!

Speed does not imply service. Every time I see a great Tmo or Tmo provider deal (like Mint!) I check in with my friends with Tmo and they keep telling me the same thing...it's great...when it works. The coverage is just so spotty despite whatever coverage maps they show.

If you use the full 2GB do they charge you more or just throttle you?

Never heard of them. Do they cap your internet speed like cricket?

edit: never mind you answered my question.
