totally unpredictable.....with rocks the size of refrigerators??not just your old tiny bubbles

Kona is the west side of the island, far away from the active portion of the volcano. Although Volcanoes National Park is closed for the time being [nps.gov], there's still lots of fun things to do on the west side of the island.
