Was walking around Home Depot and saw the 10" dual bevel sliding Cordless M18 Fuel Miter Saw for $300 on Clearance.
Seems like a great Deal seeing as how the 9.0 High demand battery with a rapid charger sells alone for ~ $200, making the saw itself come out to around ~$100.
Since someone is going to ask to compare this to the makita deal a few weeks ago...
Having used this saw, and many other cordless miter saws, the makita 36v miter is hands down better than this one.
Not to mention that slickdeal came with 4x batteries.
But for those in the Milwaukee Battery platform, this seems to be a superb deal.
If you're cutting 1x or 2x material, even 4x material it'll be great as long as it's not a hard wood (maple, etc). Maybe a little slow on thick hardwood cuts.
Makes a good finish carpenter saw, and great for flooring.

My guess is they are clearing out inventory for their new tools from the Milwaukee NPS from just days ago. I would guess they will sell the same saw with a 12.0 kit, but no doubly at > $650 sale price.
