Looks like this also works on the regular C4. With that 33624 promo code I was able to get 3 30 serving containers of C4 in various flavors and added 9 GNC Total Lean protein bars, which are buy 2 get 1 free, to make my total $51 before tax with free shipping. Thanks for posting!

Good price, but I seem to get bloated from the C4 pre-workout powder.

This info is for Walmarts Equate line not the C-4 from OPs post:

I have been having good results (2 weeks or so use, 3 x week) with the Walmart Equate brand Pre Workout (30 servings $10) (pic is for boots? but all other info is the pre-workout powder):
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate...z/14568840

they also have Equate whey protein which is 9g carbs per serving which is high (2lb $15), post workout w/ BCAAs (30 servings $10), and a Creatine supplement (30 servings $8) as well. There numbers stack up as far as top brands and they are free of lots of the filler especially the pre-workout. Products must be new as neither the post workout nor the creatine powder are online yet.

There is a review here of whey protein:
https://supplementreviews.com/equate/equate

all the pre-workout has it is Beta Alanine (an amino acid helps with among other thing building lean muscle mass),
creatine monohydrate which Mayo Clinioc says:
A wide body of research on the impact of oral creatine use on exercise has produced mixed results. Oral creatine use might benefit athletes who require short bursts of energy, such as sprinters and weight lifters. They also say long-term heavy daily use for more than 5 years may cause problems (use in moderation)
BCAAs (branch-chain amino acids sort of the building blocks of body renewing itself)
and
caffiene 135 mg (1/2 a reg cup of coffee)

This stuff is great for "bicep bros" that don't care about their health and just want big arms.

If you're actually trying to be healthy and strong, especially in your heart, don't take this stupid shit.

It's all water. Creatine causes you to retain more water.
Decent preworkout for new people trying preworkout. Won't hit you too hard if you've been exposed to preworkout/heavy caffeine.

All pre workouts are shyte Smilie. Stick to black coffee, creatine and pre workout protein/carb meal and you'll be thanking your adrenals and your wallet.

All PWO are mainly caffeine driven and after so many mcg, your adrenals get shot after which it starts losing its effect and people try taking in higher dosage. End up totally fukking up your adrenals (look up adrenal fatigue).

If you need PWO to workout, you shouldn't be working out in the first place.

Source: Self ...ex fatty who went from 230lbs to 4 pack 157lbs in a year and abused ECA stack, Clen, and those meth loaded pre-workouts some years ago. Shot my adrenals and had to get thyroid meds for 6 months before my body regulated . I stick to basics now ..creatine, black coffee and whey and proper nutrition/timing.
