I have horrible seasonal allergies and a number of constant ENT issues related to dust, pollen, etc. I have used this product and would not recommend it over a regular netipot. They do virtually the same thing but a netipot is a fraction of the cost and will never break or wear down. I noticed literally zero difference using the Navage over a regular squeeze bottle netipot. YMMV, of course.

A lot of comments saying this deal is slick... this is only a good purchase if a regular netipot doesn't (for whatever reason) work for you. Otherwise you are overpaying for a device delivering the same results as the cheaper option.

As other commenters said, lots of guides on how to make your own solution as well.

I'm all over this. I've been looking at buying one of these for a while as it is really dusty where I work.

Can anyone speak to how this compares to a regular Neti pot? Is it a convenience thing or does it work better?

Thanks!

Very slick.

Also, easy hacks are found on youtube to show you how you use your own saline solution and not have to buy those crazy expensive pods.

There are more videos as well if you search, multiple ways to do it. I use the premixed NeilMed packets as they are much cheaper and convenient. The squeeze bottles work for me, but this is much less messy. The squeeze bottles also give me lots of annoying drainage.

It is definitely more of a convenience, however I'll take this over a normal netti pot any day, as I don't have to stand naked in the shower to keep from making a mess as it drains out of my nose. This things adds some suction so it seems to pull the crud with it. Also, it's easier for me to get my kid to use it as opposed to the normal netti pot. Definitely look up the hack to prevent having to spend a fortune on the pods. I save those for when I travel (again, just for convenience)
