Many people have asked and answered the same question on amazon.

Every answer I've seen is, 'yes it's safe.'

Some who have answered live in really hot places like Arizona, and some live in really cold places like Michigan. All of them say theirs has held up perfectly in their extreme temperatures.

One person stated the recommended storing temp on the label says: -40F thru 120F.

Hope that helps Big Grin

Complete B.S. You are talking about machines full of combustible liquid and powered by contained explosions. Things can and do go wrong all the time. I had a neighbor lose his car to an electrical fire. A friend had a gas line start leaking and caught fire. I have see a flat tire catch fire on a dually..

Basically if you are speaking out of ignorance and judging people based on your limited knowledge and experience.

I myself have never had a kitchen fire or an auto fire but I keep extinguishers in these areas because its smart to spend a little of money to prevent big problems.

Yeah I was thinking it is more useful if you needed to help Someone Else out when you are on the road. Could be handy at campsites though.

Get a Target Red Card. Free shipping on all orders, plus a 5% discount. If you shop much at Target, it makes sense to have one (they have a debit card version if you prefer to avoid consumer credit accounts)

I have one of these in my car that I purchased 3 years ago. If my car is about spark any type of fire, I don't see myself trying to get to fire extinguisher in fear the car may blow up depending on the circumstance. In other words buying this may be a waste of money.

Yes it's safe. Mine have been in the trunk for the past 3 years in Miami's hot weather.

Did you get it from store and successfully applied the $10 freecash and not the points? I dont want to make the trip to store to find out that my points get deducted instead of Freecash. Thanks
