Thanks. Paid about $33 for this at Costco last purchase a few months ago. While prices will likely come down to near historical levels soon, they may stay elevated for a while. We use a fair amount of extract, and have never used the artificial version.

buy if you depend on this stuff for your baking/cooking - Madagascar crops
are taking longer to recover from last summers typhoon than expected.

this is an incredible price. bjs was selling 16 oz for $50 plus last year. pure vanilla skyrocketed in price last year. McCormick has a watered down version they sell for this price hopefully this is not fake.

Looks like they cut corners with the increase in vanilla bean prices. No thanks I'll stick with Costco.

Wow I didn't know this stuff was that expensive, I was wondering why when I went to Mexico my mom kept telling me ti bring back vanilla, it's way cheaper down there. Is there a reason why it's 3 times more in the u.s.

FYI the vanilla they sell in Mexico is fake so that's why it is cheap down there.

Bought this at Wally World last week expecting greatness but was disappointed a bit. The Great Value was just as good


Of course I use it in protein shakes so......
