I posted this info on the other deal from two weeks ago. I'll post it on here too if you are interested in astrophotography. If you decide to get this particular deal, just know that the mount does not meet the requirements for long exposure shots of galaxies and nebulas. You could possibly use it for taking images of planets, but for Deep Space objects, you need to have equipment that costs multiple times this scope.

Adding some resources here for people starting into this hobby.

Locations [darksitefinder.com] with levels of Light Pollution(LP).
If you want the clearest views, you go to a remote site such as a National Park with little light pollution. Light pollution does not affect planets very much, but you cannot see Deep Space Objects(DSOs) very well in light polluted cities/locations.

Clear Skies forecast [cleardarksky.com] with transparency and seeing quality

Sky Chart online [heavens-above.com]
-Click "unspecified" on the top right for change of Location
-type in your city, State, country, etc.
-Latitude and Longitude numbers are now given to you for use on an electronic Telescope such as this one on this deal.
-Click Update button at the bottom of the page. Now click "Interactive sky chart (now with PDF print option)" under Astronomy section

For basic Astrophotography

Polar Aligntment (only need one of these)-
suggestions:
-Polarscope for your mount
-Sharp Cap (software- requires a guide scope and an autoguider/CCD camera)
-Allstar Polar Aligntment (from some Celestron GoTo mounts)
-QHY Polemaster

autoguider (keeps object in view):
-Orion Starshoot Autoguider + guidescope with helical focuser
-ZWO cameras + guidescope

Cameras for taking images:
Canon Tx or Txi series (I use a T4i 650D)
Sony
Nikon
ZWO or QHY astro cameras (regular, or expensive cooled)

Software:
Backyard EOS (for Canon or Nikon). I forgot how much it costs to purchase. This is needed to control the DSLR with your laptop/PC. You can take shots without touching your camera and preview shots if they're in focus (software also helps you focus your camera before taking images). you can schedule repeated imaging so you can leave your setup alone without any fiddling for hours.

Accessories:
Talentcell battery [amazon.com] - Will power Celestron electronic mounts such as this one on this deal without needing a Celestron powertank or AC adapter. There is an option with an additional usb socket.

You need a T ring for your DSLR. and then a T adapter to thread into the ring before attaching to an eye piece holder. Add the total weight of all your equipment attached to the scope (plus the scope itself). Try to keep this about half the weight capacity of your mount.

You can get away with not using an autoguider camera+guidescope, but you'll only get a seconds of exposures. And this is only for certain objects and certain expensive mounts and also assuming you get near perfect polar alignment. Also, only until the mount wears down and cannot do it anymore as mounts do wear down and can't be as accurate as they were brand new. Very light equipment will help your mount gears last long.

This is the lowest i have seen it. I have been waiting on a great deal on one of the bigger ones, but may end up getting this instead.

Doesn't come with tripod. You probably want to get a tripod to go with this, but not sure how much that would be.

I wonder if this is a product description error. I don't think the mount and telescope are sold separately anywhere else. The MSRP price wouldn't make sense unless it included mount.
