As always on thermostats, check your local utility companies for rebates. Mine regularly have a $100 rebate and occasionally $150 on smart thermostats.

I got my Gen 3 for $56 during a sale because of the rebates.

Missed the earlier deal and picked this up used on eBay for ~130.I was hoping it would qualify for a PGE rebate (as the 1st would) but it doesn't; not because it's used, but one rebate per household with PGE, bummer. Well at least it netted me a Google Home Mini, heh!

Got a used one from eBay for 80 bucks. Haven't get a chance to do the rebate yet. Not sure if the price tag justified the functions.

I live in SA. I have a thermostat downstairs and a thermostat upstairs. They'll install for free including the thermostat itself?

Nope, not Nest. They'll do a Honeywell for free.
