Me neither but that's because I get free shipping with the card. 😉

I held out for years but then deals for kids made it worth the hassle of another payment to keep track of.

I've had a Kohls card for 3 years and live less than a mile from a store. I have walked inside a total of maybe 5 times (returns/store pickup)./coolstorybro

You don't need to go to Kohls to reap the benefits of their card.

What does the RFID blocking do? Why is it a good feature?

For the paranoid, it theoretically keeps thieves from 'scanning' your credit cards from a short distance away and commit fraud with your account information.

Theoretically, crooks can read RFID contactless credit cards (e.g. Chase Blink [howstuffworks.com]) in your wallet by sneaking up behind you and holding an RFID reader near your wallet. While certainly possible, I've never heard of it actually happening outside of demonstrations on fearmongering television news magazines. I don't think it's a very practical attack.

Besides, all my contactless cards have been replaced with EMV cards. I liked using my contactless cards at the rare merchant that actually had a reader. I guess hardly anyone used them, because the cashiers usually responded with "How'd you do that!?" when I waved my card over the reader.
