The fancier LED keyboards are cheaper on Amazon than they are on the Razer website sale.

Anyone have the BlackWidow Croma v2? I currently have the Logitech G810 and was curious how it compares. I don't like the Logitech software too much and was curious if anyone had experience with Razer Synapse.

I Have the blackwidow chroma v2 with green switches. It is loud, but seems to perform vert well, and never had any issues with it. Synapse software isnt bad at all, its a nice interface. I dont know how it compares to other brands, but it is easy to navigate through.

Razer Synapse is okay. I've noticed with my Deathadder Elite mouse sometimes that the lighting profiles don't work, so I would have to go in Synapse to fix it. And sometimes that doesn't work. So I have to either close it and open it or make a whole new profile.

Is Razer a decent company anymore? I have seen so many reviews popping up here and there about terrible quality control and customer support

psst.. Black Widow Ultimate and Ornata Expert ($54/$40) are clearancing at wal-mart (ymmv).
Also might find the HP Omen mouse/keyboard/headset cheap cheap. the KB has actual Cherry's in it.

if anyone's curious, the BW Ultimate is loud as hell (little clacky), feels good so far though. The Ornata has half-height keys, hybrid mech/membrane keys, and a great deal quieter than the BW.. still clicky though.

Depends on whether or not you're drinking the kool aid but for the most part it's true.

Razor became an over priced and I we hyped company. Products don't come with warranty and they aren't that reliable.

Products DO come with a warranty. I've warrantied 1 mouse, and 1 keyboard. As far as reliability goes, YMMV .... our household consists of 4 gaming setups (1 for me, 1 for wife, 1 for each kid) and most of our peripherals are doing just fine

Yes like oneplus warranty. Warranty on paper and good luck getting an exchange. Am glad that you had better luck with them.
