Kono Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat https://www.amazon.com/Kono-KN-S-...B074DYFF1X
What to know:
It is a great thermostat as of its functions and except the learning part you can compare it to Ecobee Light and Nest E. Read more over here https://www.luxproducts.com/kono/
At the moment it is the cheapest smart wifi thermostat from a major retailer.
The Amazon page calls it as 'Unauthorized" but that's because there are many 3rd party sellers on Amazon selling it and Lux doesn't like that. Unauthorized doesn't apply when Amazon is the seller.
Please read over here http://www.luxproducts.com/warranty
Amazon.com, Home depot, Walmart and Jet are authorized and this one is from Amazon.com. The price is the cheapest ever, usually it is $100+
It has 3 years warranty.
PC Mag review: https://www.pcmag.com/review/3581...thermostat
It supports Alexa, Apple Home Kit and Google Assistant.
Its supports Geofencing.
It has usage reports in the app. Emerson and Honeywell do not! For me it is super important and I'm going with Kono only because of that, otherwise I'd go with Sensi.
It includes power bridge for people with no C wire.
It has optional face plates of different colors.
Check Home Depot for more info: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lux-K.../301818230
Here is the app described https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t...UUP8&t=89s
Here is the list of settings in PDF: https://www.luxproducts.com/wp-co...de-002.pdf
It does support temp swing adjust, that's something Honeywell doesn't (their thermostats have 0.5 degree swing, Kono (and Sensi) allow 0, .25°, .5°, 1° or 2.25° adjustments).
Since it is Amazon I will give it a try. For less than $80 if it doesn't work I will just send it back.
