Company is new to the cooler business but seems like a great deal.
Cooler felt very solid like a yeti or pelican
Yeti Tundra 75 sels for $450
RTIC 65 sells for $240

Been thinking about pulling the trigger on one of these since I saw them in store last week. Seems incredibly well built, solid and heavy. I haven't been able to find anything that comes close to the price for something similar.

Yes, I was real close too. Might go back and get it.
Only downside is the weight, so heavy empty must weigh a ton when full of ice & drinks
For this reason I was interested in the 80 quart Pelican (which has wheels) but costs $400

If you don't like it, you can always return it to Costco at any time for any reason.

Here it is on their website. Says this is a brand new item to them. They've never made these in the past... https://cascademountaintech.com/c...r-80-quart

Certainly are a lot of names making the roto mold insulated coolers. More than you think. My absolute favorite is Cabela's Polar Cap. Beats everything I've bought and returned. Lifetime warranty too.

Yeah, at this size I think you pretty much need wheels, unless it's going to live in your flatbed or similar.

Great for the backcountry mule/horse train crowd. Otherwise, not practical due to weight and size constraints. At least it isn't Yeti priced though. I can't wait to pick these up in suburban yard sales soon.

I almost bought this last weekend until I lifted it and noticed it had no wheels. Looked very solid and functional for the price.

Ive never heard of the brand but if it's being sold at Costco, it must be good quality. It is widely known that Costco is one of the hardest retailers to get to carry your products. Anything they sell, including toilet paper has gone through rigorous tests. If you're wondering why I know that, it's because there was a documentary done by dateline about it.

Looks pretty solid, I wonder if someone makes a wheel kit for it?

I have a set of trekking poles from this company that I got for $40 and it's comparable to the black diamond brand that I got at REI for about $100. If I needed a replacement I would get the Cascade Mountains brand and save the $. Decent quality for the price

I will tell you first hand. Costco sells a lot of garbage too. Furniture which fails on fabric or assembly points. Read reviews on Costco. Lots of negatives on all kinds of products. But at least you can return almost everything non-electronic for life. And I certainly have done that with junk furniture and other things I've bought at Costco. Just make sure you have a pickup bed to bring back to store.

This is an Ozark knock off that Wally sells and Academy sports sells under another brand. It's legit but not really a great deal. The Rtic close out during the lawsuit is the best deal yet. Although I did buy several soft side ozarks and love them on here.

Completely different design / style and size to the Ozark coolers!
