Hi. Would the hp onyx blizzard i7 be better deal than this for $670? Difference it has i7 7700hq, 1tb hdd but has nvme slot. 12gb ddr4 non ti gtx 1050. What do you guys think?

Well, this one already has 256GB SSD and slot for one 2.5" drive as well. Also, for gaming performance, GTX 1050 ti is about 30% more powerful. So Gaming point of view, this is better wwhereas for CPU intensive tasks, i7-7700HQ is better.
And another plus point for Dell is the battery life, this version is equipped with a very high capacity battery and during non-gaming workloads, this can actually go over 9 hours, completely unexpected from a Gaming laptop.

Almost similar performance as both have exact similar CPU, GPU Ram and SSD. However, as per various reviews, Dell one has slightly better cooling solution, preventing it from Throttling during high load and better battery life.
