The NES classic is $60 and will be for it's relaunch also. The SNES classic was always $80.

Now that the SNES Classic has had caught up on the demand for so long (equilibrium that is, economically speaking), given the fact that Nintendo intends to keep producing SNES Classic until end of 2018, people who missed out the NES Classic from 2016 will get a chance to buy it at $59.99 MSRP (and this will be in production until end of 2018 as well). The demands will shifts to NES Classic once it goes out on 6/29/2018. Simple logic of Economics.

I wonder if the re-release of the nes classic will have any changes at all to the game roster/packaging or anything else. I was lucky when it first came out and was able to get 1 unit to keep sealed and 1 to enjoy. I also bought a snes classic day 1 and my girlfriend got me one to keep sealed for my birthday.

If the re-release has any changes I would want to pick it up or trade a original release model for one.

It appears to be dead now. I get this message on checkout:

"Sorry, this item is no longer available from the seller you selected. We'll move it to the Saved for Later section of your Cart. From there, you can click the item to return to its product details page and try another seller."

Easy to add ROMs to as well. Glad I got it when it came out for this price. I'd have been pissed if I paid some crazy marked up price to see it being readily available all over all the time. My local Best Buy always seems to have them in stock.

Sell the Sealed one now because it is not going to be worth more than what you paid. These things will be everywhere.
