Samsung Gear S3 Frontier SM-R765V Verizon Smartwatch with Large Black Silicone Band

You don't have to activate this with Verizon, you can put it in WiFi only mode and use your phones Bluetooth instead (this is what I'm going to do)

decent deal

Sharing my bad experience with the seller. First they sold seller refurbished s3 frontier as manufacturer refurbished, it came with no box and the straps were cheap silicon straps which caused rashes on my wrist. When I contacted them, asking it they could send me the original bands, they said they would but I have to return the item and issued me a RMA not through ebay but directly to my email. Before shipping it out, I asked them again will the replacement watch come with original bands to which they said yes, so I trusted them and sent it back. They need 2 business days to verify the return so when there was no update after 3 business days, I contacted them back, sent them screenshot of package delivered status. (Keep in mind, I live in the same city all in Dallas within 10 miles). Then I had to call ebay and explain what was happening and opened up a case. After that they responded saying sorry they didn't respond due to Jewish holidays and they need another 2 days for their return department to mark item as received.

Today I got message that a return was initiated and I should get a refund and I contacted them asking I don't need a return but an exchange. They replied back saying that they don't have the item in stock so they are refunding my money.

I could have bought the watch for $240 from Costco instead of $200 from a4c and saved all the hassle to have to contact them multiple times, contact ebay, ship it back.

How can sellers like these even manage to survive with such shady business tactics?

Next time someone promotes this seller on SD, be warned what you are getting into to save a couple of bucks!

The comments from past posts from this watch from A4C is the watch looks brand new but the charging cradle is a 3rd party. Some have said it gets so hot it feels like it could start on fire. A genuine cradle costs $40, thus it defeats buying it from them.
Refurbished is a misleading term, unless it is sold from the OEM then it is just used.

It has been cheaper from a4c ebay with certain coupon codes several times over the last few months. No codes at them moment but fair bet it will be back lower again soon

Thank you for the hint. A seller who puts his person beliefs in some imaginary being above his customers, obviously should be avoided. Reminds me of tons of similar ones in Brooklyn when I used to live. I would never buy anything from a reseller in Brooklyn.
