YMMV - Samsung 65" Curved 4k LED & Other Floor Models TVs on Clearance At Walmart $561.75

I just got back from my local Walmart and picked up this:

https://www.walmart.com/search/?q...8&cat_id=0

The "floor model" was on sale for $561.75. It still had all the wrapping on the edges; I thought they normally took that off for the floor model TVs. Either way I bought it with an extended warranty credit card and took their 3 year warranty for $50 since it may have been running non-stop for a year.

Almost every TV they had on display was on this clearance shelf; the manager said they are switching our the new models this week.

Here is the clearance tag from the model I bought: https://imgur.com/a/XEQH6MY

They had some other new in box TVs as well; some even new in box. There were some sound bars as well; the prices were all pretty good, but this seemed like the best.

It's legit

Picked up a Samsung 55 inch curved 4k for 280

local Wal-Mart just finished their hdtv reset, several clearance steals, boxed and displays.

saw Samsung 7500s for 350 Philips vizio etc..

silly dept manager put markdowns stickers directly on the screens of display tvs, silly silly human.

Avg lifespan of a LCD display is 100k hours, there's 8.5k hours in a year.

for 280...I'll be ok, thanks for the concern.

Exactly. The LED lighting on this TV will be the last thing to go.

This is why I bought it and I added a 3 year warranty for $50 just in case. With older LCD or Plasma you didn't want something that was on for a year straight, but the LEDs in these are high quality and will last a long time beyond a year being on 24/7.

Mine also had all the plastic and packaging on it which kind of makes me doubt it was on display. They usually remove all that stuff for displays.
