For a cotton blend, thread counts don't have the same meaning as with 100% cotton. I actually don't know how they are determined in that case. But cotton blends can be great because they tend to be durable, less prone to wrinkling, and lower cost. They might not be as "cool" as 100% cotton. Usually I read reviews to see if anyone reports pilling (my biggest fear when it comes to sheets). But I tend to buy most of my bedding from Kohls because they have a stellar return policy- which I have not had to utilize yet for bedding.Smilie

Huh? I don't work for Kohls. Nor does Kohl's own SD. They are a store I like to shop and post deals for if I find them. I have debated posting these sheets in the past but I know nothing about them besides their composition- and I wasnt sure what a proper price point should be, so I had not posted them. I found this thread and was interested to read the comments.

Also, if a company has a great reputation, sells nice items, and has a great return policy ....why is speaking positively about them a bad thing?

I have these sheet sets in King Size. Ivory and Green. The green is a very nice shade. The sheets are soft, wrinkle free and no pilling.

Thanks for the reply! I'm looking for very cool sleeping sheets so think I'll pass. Sounds good other than that though!

Can someone please recommend an amazing sheet? I find sheet shopping very difficult. Does consumer reports do sheets?

I am not sure ppl know this. Kohls owns SD. Some moderators work for Kohls. Be careful when you buy the items.
Where did you read this? Source? I've googled but nothing came up.
