What's the point in a 1 cubic foot pedestal washer? (I'm seriously asking, I'm not familiar and it seems silly)

I've been to most B&M stores and did a fair bit of online research. General consensus is that no one knows. However, if you don't get it then you don't get the HD or LG rebate. The regular pedestal is $329, the washer pedestal is $497, the total rebates are $600.

So I guess the point of the washer pedestal is to save $432.00 Smilie

Samsung also has a mini 1 cu. ft. washer on the top of their front loads, but if you believe both brands are equal (who knows if that is true) then you still have to buy pedestal's for the samsung making this deal slightly better.

rebate should be $400 buy extended warranty as lg and Samsung have problems after 2- 4 years in Europe washing machines cost $220 -500 in America they cost $1000
in Europe front loaders last 10-20 years here they last 2-5

your water company or electric provider should have another rebate

I found 2 useful applications for the sidekick: wash poopy underwear of my 2 year old separately or my wife washes her lululemon stuff in there separately.

Paid $2000 for a combo from Costco, so with this rebate on top of that deal I'm off quite well.

Does the $300 HD discount only pertain to these specific 4 items and their white counterparts?

Purchases made at The Home Depot, Best Buy, Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath, Spencers, RC Willey, BJ's Wholesale Club, Sam's Club, Costco Wholesale and Conn's HomePlus will qualify for this rebate at the point of sale and do not qualify for this mail-in rebate offer.
Are we sure that this applies? If I buy from costco will I still get $400 off or is that $400 already applied?

+1 for the pedestal Sidekick washer if you have a baby, or even if not, to save time, i wash my few whites in there while the dark colors are washed in the normal washer. The pedestal washer is fairly basic as you load the detergent old school with the clothes from the beginning, and if you want to add fabric softener, you have to add it manually as it beeps and wait for you some time in mid-cycle of the wash to open up and add softener.

I haven't check prices, but I got our 29in washer from Fry's for $600 about 2 years ago before the Trump "tax" hike on LG washers, and got the dryer off CL a year old for about $300. Dummy pedestal came from eBay shipped for about $120 (those things are heavy), and the Sidekick was the best price from Sears recently with installation included when we moved to a new house.

So if you have a Fry's nearby, you could get all these for about same price without rebate likely (I haven't check recently) when they are on sale monthly at Fry's with their promo codes game.

Are you sure purchasing from Costco gets the discount? If so, I'm going to picked up the 3770 set.

What's the price of the 3770 at costco? I'm assuming you're talking about 3770+DLEX3570?

$1600 without the pedestals, $1899 with them.

And yes, WM3770HWA | DLEX3570W.

Seems like the $1900 w/ pedestal option is a no-brainer then given the rebate. They're basically free.
