Men's Brooks Glycerin 15 Running Shoe [jackrabbit.com] $89.98 Now $79.98
Women's Brooks Glycerin 15 Running Shoe [jackrabbit.com] $89.98 Now $79.98

Best For:
  • Surface: Road, Gyms, Flats
  • Category:Neutral Cushioned ヨ Intended for runners who have a higher, more stable arch that does not pronate excessively(roll inwards) or may even supinate(roll outwards). Neutral Cushioned shoes offer very little or no structure or pronation support and are generally more flexible than stability shoes. Runners who require a neutral shoe tend to notice more excessive wear on the lateral(outside) side of the soles of their running shoes. Neutral shoes can vary from lightweight and minimal cushioning to maximum levels of cushioning depending on the needs and preferences of the runner. Runners with high/stable arches tend to notice pain on the outside(lateral side) of their shins and knees and may also battle plantar fasciitis if not wearing a neutral cushioned shoe.
Benefits Include:
  • Super DNA Midsole cushioning dynamically adapts to every step and stride with the ultimate soft feel undefoot
  • Plush Transition Zone and Full-Length Segmented Crash Pad create soft and smooth heel-to-toe transitions
  • Plush interior delivers luxurious comfort
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Very disappointed with Jack Rabbit. I can safely say this was the last time I will do business with them.

I signed up for a 10% email discount that pops up on their website. The coupon did not work, and the reason cited was that the item was on sale and hence not applicable.

The fine print does not say anything about sale items being excluded, except stating that 1. discount applies to previous year's models, and 2. "certain" styles are excluded.

Jack Rabbit, instead of paying the likes of S.l.i.c.k.D.e.a.l.s for affiliate-link marketing (not to mention the huge conflict-of-interest this creates), pass the discount to customers so they become return customers. Strengthen your customer service and drop the bait-and-switch tactics by offering a product here or there for a low price in the hope of getting repeat customers. Take a lesson from Amazon. So long JackRabbit.

Isn't that how it usually is for sales? Coupons usually don't apply to sale items in my experience.

That maybe true for coupons in general.

My experience is that when I trade-in my email address for marketing emails for some kind of incentive (like a 10% coupon), I get the discount as a one-time offer for allowing promotion materials in my inbox, regardless of any ongoing sale. Mind you, that here I'm not stacking any coupons but just trying to apply a single-use, targeted coupon to an ongoing sale).

Additionally, the fine print is not disclosed up front, but only after you disclose your email address and agree to marketing junk in your inbox. And finally, the fine print does not mention anything about coupon not applicable to on-sale items, or anything about what items might be excluded ("certain" items...umm what??).

$80 + $7 shipping for shoes that cost me $150 last year. Plus I got them shipped in under 48 hours. Pretty incredible deal for one of the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned. Hard to believe you're bitching about stacking more coupons.

What price did you get those shoes?
$80 to $90 a pair when they go on sale just before a new model comes out (like now).

Would it be worth getting 2 pairs?

Finding sales on wide shoes are hard to find. Having wide feet sucks. Frown

Worth it to me! I have wide feet also and these shoes fit perfectly. Since I use them for walking only, I'm set for awhile. Reviews seem pretty positive on the 15's. The 14's fit great, but a little "hot" as in not as breathable as the 15's.

I also wear wides and these fit great. Agreed- most good running shoe sales don't have wide available.

Omg you guys suck, these are SMALL, like the exact same size as the tiny ASICS Nimbus with which asics destroyed their otherwise good reputation and forced me and many others to look at other shoes like these brooks. How is it my best shoe is a goddamn adidas?

Seems like a good deal. I'd try these out if they had free returns like Reebok.
Brooksrunning.com gives you 90 days to try them out..

NEver heard of this brand, but there seems to be a huge customer base that loves them....for the price how do they compare to other name brand running shoes like Nike, Reebok, Puma, etc?

Good find! Love Brooks for running and Hoka's too. I got them price matched at Zappos. Used Amex Rewards points and barely paid anything. Even though Zappos don't have a price match policy, I used the Live Chat feature and asked for one. They rarely say no.
I used to price match on zappos all the time and then they ended their price match policy. I took your approach and it worked. I will be doing this more often because I hate jack rabbit with a passion. Zappos is back in life.
